CRM
If you choose to give us your details, we’ll store your email along with your name, and other details so we can later contact you. You will only be signed-up to the CRM if you give your explicit consent. You can unsubscribe from the list at any time by using the link provided in each email, or by emailing social@digi-chem.co.uk.
Who we share your data with
We use a 3rd party data processor to store and manage your contact details (HubSpot, hubspot.com). You can read HubSpots relevant privacy policy here.
How long we retain your data
If you sign-up to the CRM, we will only store your data for as long as is necessary. If you unsubscribe, we may retain some limited information to make sure we don’t contact you in the future. You can request to have your data deleted at any time by emailing social@digi-chem.co.uk.
What rights you have over your data
If you are signed-up to the mailing list, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
